I have to pinch myself daily. I mean, how did I get this blessed? This job is THE BEST JOB EVER. Its not always easy, the shooting and editing are always the fun parts, of course! Penelope is already a nature girl. I loved photographing her and her parents in my field - of golden rods. What a dream! At the end of a session, I love snapping some nursing photos! I always give the mom the option - If I can post them or not. If she wants, she can just keep them all to herself. Time is fleeting.

Baby Callum is already 9 months old, and it makes me sad! He's growing too quickly. I cant wait to see his sister soon for her THREE year session, its going to be a blast. A year ago we were photographing Callum in his momma's belly.

Ive been photographing this crew now for nearly THREE years. So were fairly comfortable with one another. When I threw out the insane idea of shooting at the fair, Christine was all over it. So, we did! and it was such a blast. I love how the images turned out. I was on the carousel with them, riding backwards, and shooting. What a fun adventure ! I got off and was a tad dizzy. There was a lot of laughter and chaos, but it was really great. I hope to shoot there again!

Greyson LOVES dirt. He i literally always dirty. Ive wanted to capture Greyson (my own 4 year old) playing in dirt for a long time. He is such a nature lover. His heart is so big and he loves all insects and animals. He loves collecting bugs and observing them. Im going to miss this stage, where he's so imaginative (He will always be imaginative Im sure) and playful and just enjoys all things nature. Im so glad Im able to capture this time, as we know it goes all to quickly. I bought these super cool Green pants at Mini boden - I love this store! Nashville Baby & Child Photographer | Wyatt's 1 Year Session
Wyatt was such a HAM for his session. He also showed me his fussy side, but it was a great shoot regardless! He gave me so many expressions, and I loved capturing all of them for his momma to look back on. My favorite shots are never the "smiling at the camera" shots. They are always the angle that shows his double chin, or her squished nose. They're the messy true personality shots, that are candid, raw and draw emotion.

Ava is a gem. She loves having her photos taken. She is pure joy! Ava melts my heart over and over, and when a child loves me, I do not take that for granted. Nashville Baby Photographer | Everett is ONE!
It is always so crazy to me when a Journey Baby turns one! I mean, gosh time flies! My own son turned SEVEN this weekend. The entire week I emotionally ATE. Gained a good five pounds.
Anyway, back to Everett. He was sleepy for his session, but with some bubbles, he really pulled it off. Meanwhile, Im photographing his brand new baby sister this weekend. What a big time in this family's life.
I can't wait to meet her and see how she looks compared to her brother. What a blessing!
